1. Are we required to use your caterers?

Parties of 60+ are required to use our preferred caterers.

Parties, no matter the size, that wish to serve alcohol are required to use our preferred caterers.

Smaller parties, under 60, who do not wish to serve alcohol, are not required to use our preferred caterers, however those bookings may be subject to additional charges.


2. How much does it cost to reserve a date at Maplewood Rafters?

Prices vary depending on event, size, date, food and beverage, table set up, decor, and other amenities. Not for profit events may qualify for special rates.


3. Where do I park?

 

Maplewood Rafters has two parking lots, one directly across the street from the front doors. The second is on the corner of Manchester Rd. and Oakview Terrace on the Northeast side of the building.


4. How do I reserve the venue?

5. What kind of events can Rafters host?

Rafters specializes in providing fundraising event space to non-profit groups, but can also provide the space for any other type of celebration, from graduation parties, baby or wedding showers to an intimate wedding reception.


6. What is the price of the caterer?

Catering prices can vary depending on specifications, the price will be included in the final payment for the event.
